How it works

How it works, step by step

What Rekala does with your material, your list, and each email, step by step: from the moment you upload them to the moment the email leaves your Gmail.

In one sentence

You give Rekala your material and your judgment once; then, for every company on your list, it reads their website, picks the argument of yours that matters to that company and writes an opening email plus up to two follow-ups, which go out under your name once you approve them.

With that, one person covers the prospecting work of five business development managers, and an important prospect never receives a standard email.

1. Brain: your material becomes company knowledge

You upload proposals, product sheets, presentations or images, paste text or give the address of your website. Rekala reads each source, summarises it and extracts proof points: concrete, verifiable facts about what you sell that it can later use in an email.

2. The campaign is defined in a conversation

You tell the assistant who you are targeting, what hurts in that role and how you want to sound. Everything you say becomes a campaign rule, visible in a panel, applied evenly to every email.

3. Prospects: you import your list and Rekala researches

You upload a CSV. Rekala recognises the columns (and remembers the mapping for next time), removes duplicates and sets aside rows with problems. Then it reads each company’s website: home page, “about us”, services, news.

4. Drafting: a different email per company, with sources

For each company, Rekala writes an opening email and up to two follow-ups threaded in the same conversation. Every important sentence rests on one of three sources: that company’s website, your material or one of your rules. You can see where each statement came from.

5. Approval: you review, adjust, approve

You see the emails one by one. You can edit by hand or ask the assistant for changes in plain language: “shorter”, “less accusatory”, “talk about regulatory compliance”. If you like a change for the whole campaign, it is saved as a rule.

6. Sending: under your name, at your pace

You choose the delivery format: copy each approved email into your mailbox and mark it as sent, or connect your Gmail account so it goes out from your own address, with your signature.
