Cold B2B outreach

A different email for every company. Never a template.

Rekala reads the website of every company on your list, picks the part of your offer that matters to that company, and writes the email using your rules. You review it, approve it, and send it however you prefer.

  • No templates or “[Name]” placeholders
  • Every sentence has a source
  • Nothing goes out without your approval
  • Spanish, English, and German

The problem

Templates are obvious. And they get deleted.

A mass email with “Dear [Name]” tells the reader you don't know them. Rekala starts from the opposite side: it understands the company first, then writes.

Typical template

Dear {Name}, I'm reaching out because {Company} is surely facing challenges in your industry. We're a market leader in innovative solutions that…

  • Same for everyone
  • No sources at all
  • Empty adjectives
With Rekala

Hi Sarah, I saw that Northfield expanded its concentrator plant in Elko this year. With more critical equipment, every unplanned outage costs more…

  • A fact about that company
  • Your argument, not a generic one
  • Your tone and your length
How it works

Four steps. No starting from scratch.

You give it your material and your judgment once. After that, every campaign reuses all of it.

01

Upload your material

Proposals, product sheets, decks, case studies. Rekala reads them, summarizes what you sell, and extracts concrete proof points it later uses in the emails. You decide which ones to turn on.

  • PDF, Word, PowerPoint, and images
  • Multiple products as separate offers, never mixed
  • Proof points you turn on or off

02

Define the campaign by talking

Tell your assistant who you're targeting, what pain that role feels, and how you want to sound. What you say becomes campaign rules that apply evenly to every email.

  • Audience, pain point, and value proposition per campaign
  • Rules for tone, length, and what never gets said
  • Standing instructions that carry over from one email to the next
Conversation where the user defines the audience and tone, next to the resulting campaign rules panel.
03

Import your list. Rekala does the research.

You upload a CSV; Rekala maps the columns, removes duplicates, and sets aside rows with issues. Then it reads each company's website and scores how much it knows about it. If it knows little, it says so — it doesn't make things up.

  • Import with automatic column mapping
  • Reads each company's website
  • Research level visible before writing

04

You review, approve, and send

For each company, one opening email and up to two follow-ups threaded in the same conversation. Edit what you want, approve, and choose the delivery format: copy it into your mailbox or send it from your connected account.

  • One opener and two follow-ups per company
  • Edit and approve email by email
  • Goes out under your name and your domain, the way you choose

What's behind every email

Less magic, more judgment. Every piece exists to make the email accurate and yours.

Research per company

It reads each company's website before writing and saves what it found, with a date. It re-researches when the information is more than 30 days old.

A chosen argument, not a generic one

Your offer is a list of proof points, not a single pitch. Rekala picks which one to use based on what it knows about each company.

Your rules decide

Tone, length, audience, banned phrases. They apply across the whole campaign, and you see the weight of each rule.

Multiple products, no crossover

Each offer has its own material. A campaign for one product never borrows from another.

Threaded follow-ups

One opener and two follow-ups in a single conversation, written together so they read as one.

Three languages

Interface and emails in Spanish, English, and German. German uses the formal “Sie” and skips the usual clichés.

Rekala writes. You decide.

It doesn't make things up

If little is known about a company, the email reflects that. It never fabricates a fact or a source.

Never sends without you

Every email passes through your hands and goes out under your name and your domain, in the delivery format you choose.

It doesn't mix things up

Your products, your rules, and your contacts stay separate by offer and by campaign.

Trust and data

Your data, with clear rules

You sell under your own name. Here are the guarantees we work with.

Hosted in the European Union

Servers and database in Germany (Hetzner). Daily backups; the seven most recent are kept.

Your information doesn't train models

Drafts are generated using the Anthropic API under commercial terms: what you send is not used to train their models.

Less data reaches the model

Your contacts' email, phone, and LinkedIn never reach the model. Only name, company, title, country, and the research.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is this just another mail-merge tool?

No. Rekala doesn't fill in blanks. It reads the company's website, picks the argument from your offer that applies, and writes an email from scratch for that company, using your rules. Two companies on your list get two different emails.

What do I need to get started?

Your material (a proposal, a sheet, a deck), an idea of who you want to write to, and a list of companies with their websites. You set up the rest by talking it through.

Does Rekala send the emails for me?

Yes. You decide the delivery format: copy each approved email into your mailbox and mark it as sent, or connect your Gmail or Microsoft 365 account so it goes out from your own address. Either way it carries your name and your domain, and nothing goes out without your approval.

How does it research each company?

It reads their website, extracts relevant facts, and scores how much it knows. That level shows on the company's card before generating. If the website doesn't respond or has nothing useful to say, the email is written with less personalization, and it tells you. It doesn't make things up.

What languages does it write in?

Spanish, English, and German, and the interface is available in all three. German uses the formal “Sie” and neutral greetings.

What happens to my data and my contacts' data?

It's hosted in Germany, none of it is used to train models, and direct contact data (email, phone, LinkedIn) is never sent to the model. You can export and delete your information whenever you want.

Tell us what you sell. We'll give you access.

Invite-only access during the pilot. A short email is enough: what you offer, to whom, and in which language.

We reply personally, in Spanish, English, or German.
